With over 30 years in the Veterinary industry, 18 of which she managed and grew and extremely successful practice, Michelle knows this industry extremely well and she can help business owners to navigate through what can be a complex world.

Michelle graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science and Business.  Upon graduation, Michelle spent several years working in marketing and advertising for some of the top advertising agencies in Columbus, Ohio.  She returned to the veterinary industry to run her families' business and grow it to an extremely successful business.  After selling that practice, she was certified as a business coach with ActionCOACH and she has been helping businesses, especially Veterinary businesses, to grow and succeed ever since.  Her desire is to reduce the stress throughout the industry and help owners to enjoy running their businesses every day.

Michelle is married with 2 wonderful children, an adorable cat and sweet and playful dog.  When she is not working or hanging with the family, Michelle enjoys spending time catching up with friends and volunteering to help those in need.
