Sometimes, just by accident, we achieve the goal, just being in the right place at the right time, but then the business starts to fall apart in other ways.
At ActionCOACH Columbus, we want you to achieve all the goals that you have in your business through strategic planning, action and adjustment. We aren't in the business of creating "cookie-cutter" businesses. All businesses have things that are similar, but even within the same industry, businesses can be very different. We love different, we love finding new paths, ideas and challenges.
When we work with a business, we become an integral part of their team. ActionCOACH Columbus works with business owners and managers to figure out the areas of strengths and development, create long term goals and break those down into shorter, quarterly goals. We will collaborate to create specific strategies unique to your business along with action plans for execution. During our weekly coaching meetings we will celebrate your successes and make any necessary changes to eliminate deficiencies.
Although we are located in central Ohio, we can work with practices anywhere in the world with the conveniences of modern technology and ease of travel. We strive to see our clients in person as often as possible, but with video conferencing, it is like we are in the same room even when we can't be together.

Planning
